The historic city of Masouleh, with its millennia-old heritage and unique architecture, boasts over 170 distinct architectural elements. These elements can serve as a profound source of inspiration for clothing design. The patterns, encompassing Gereh-chini (intricate geometric patterns), Qavareh-bori (precise cutting and shaping), Monabat-kari (wood carving), Kashi-kari (tile work), and Gach-bori (stucco relief), convey concepts such as monotheism, spiritual growth, and cosmic balance. This research aims to revitalize Iranian-Islamic identity in women's clothing design. By examining and extracting the architectural elements of Masouleh, it addresses two key questions: What Iranian and Islamic concepts are embedded within Masouleh's architectural elements? How can these architectural elements be utilized in the design of women's clothing? The research methodology combines library and field studies. In the field study component, 564 historical buildings in Masouleh were surveyed. Among these, 151 buildings featuring suitable architectural elements were identified. Subsequently, 20 geometric and botanical patterns, imbued with Iranian-Islamic concepts, were extracted from these elements and applied to women's clothing designs. Artificial intelligence was employed in the design process, utilizing colors such as blue and green, which resonate with Iranian-Islamic cultural and social components. The research findings indicate that incorporating Masouleh's architectural elements not only enhances the aesthetic appeal and variety of clothing but also facilitates the transmission of profound cultural and spiritual concepts through fashion to other cultures. Masouleh, with its distinctive architectural elements, symbolizes Iranian-Islamic cultural and religious values. These values can be introduced to contemporary society through clothing. The use of these elements in clothing design presents an opportune moment to preserve and promote Iran's cultural values, serving as a strategic approach to address identity challenges in the era of globalization.
