Abstract
The clothing of Turkmen and Kazakh women in Golestan province has an extensive analytical history. Many of the patterns used in clothing (women's headgear) have cultural, religious and symbolic meanings and roots. The purpose of this research is to find an answer to the question of how the production of creative cultural industries is possible by identifying and examining the symbols and signs of the headgear? The research method is comparative-analytical, in which an attempt has been made to examine the components of sustainable employment generation by comparative study of modernization in Turkmen and Kazakh women's headgear in the development of creative industries. Which determines the preservation and sustainability of cultural heritage in the domestic economy and statistical data analysis. The implementation method is as follows: from a sample of 384 people, 192 Turkmen women and 192 Kazakh women were selected. In data analysis, descriptive statistics methods (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation) as well as inferential statistics (Student's t-test) and t-test for independent groups and ANOVA test were used. These tests were performed using SPSS25 software. In the analysis of cultural developments, there is a significant relationship between changes in traditional costumes and motifs as research variables. In this research, an attempt has been made to conduct a comparative study of modernization in the clothing of Turkmen and Kazakh women in the development of creative industries using comparative-analytical methods, documentary study, and field research (interviews and participatory observation). The research method of this research is applied and developmental in terms of its purpose. Observation of some samples in the studied areas and conversations with local women and producers of these clothes are the sources of field information in this research.Research on indigenous and local clothing is a written and scientific way for researchers and enthusiasts in this field, so that clothing designers can design clothes that are appropriate to Iranian-Islamic standards and the cultural laws governing society. By stating this necessity, it can be acknowledged that this requires updating academic information, providing meetings and workshops on entrepreneurship from idea to implementation, supporting the authorities for clothing projects, and emphasizing a chaste lifestyle.
The question raised in this research is; How is the production of cultural industries possible by identifying and examining the symbols and signs of the robe? Therefore, by focusing on the clothing of the Turkmen and Kazakh ethnic groups and studying the motifs of women's robes, in the production of cultural goods and clothing with authenticity and identity for citizens, sustainable employment in the domestic economy and exports to neighboring countries can be achieved, and the sustainability and permanence of cultural heritage can be achieved. This important matter can be managed, implemented, and developed in an appropriate manner by establishing creative houses .The results of the research show that the Turkmen ethnicity has played a more important role than the Kazakh ethnicity in the production and promotion of creative cultural industries. The reasons for this can be attributed to the extensive presence of women in the scientific, economic, cultural and social sectors inside and outside Golestan province. Statistical data indicate that sustainable employment of women in the province in the sector of entering into creative cultural development plays an important role in cultural and economic terms. Therefore, updating designs as cultural goods can open a new window for the cultural and artistic economy of local communities to enter society.
