oday, the problem of pollution in cities is one of the most important issues in urban areas where urban transport plays a significant role. In this research, an attempt has made to analyze the impact of various types of transport pollution on humans with a documentary- analytical approach, and to provide solutions to reduce and eliminate these effects. The proposed methods are designed in such a way that each one should be measured and implemented according to the environmental, cultural, historical, political, economic and social factors of different cities, and then the emphasis of this article is on the subject to control and improve the contaminating factors. Transportation system should use different combinations of these offered methods. Transport planning tries to be more consistent with sustainable development indicators. This adaptation takes place when it comes to reduce the environmental impact.
In this paper, analytical documents are collected based on documentary method. The purpose of this article is to present the social, economic, and environmental impacts of transportation, as well as the transport concept in line with the objectives of sustainable development and the relationship between transportation systems and its environmental effects, so it provides logical and usable solutions in the cities. Each solution will be implemented according to the infrastructure of each city and its population.
